To realize educational units as safe and comfortable spaces and to support optimal student growth and development, efforts are needed to create a conducive, character-based learning environment and minimize various distractions that disrupt the learning process. In this regard, the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education has issued guidelines limiting the use of devices in educational units as part of efforts to create a safe and comfortable learning culture and support optimal student growth and development.
